Modern Slavery Act ("MSA") Statement

Introduction

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the United Kingdom Modern Slavery Act 2015, on behalf of Dream Games Publishing Limited (“Dream Games”). Dream Games is committed to upholding fundamental human rights and ethical principles in all aspects of our business operations. We recognize the importance of combating modern slavery and human trafficking, and we are dedicated to ensuring that our business is conducted responsibly. We take a zero-tolerance approach towards any instances of forced labour or human trafficking within our business operations or supply chains.

A. Our Business Structure and Supply Chains

Dream Games specialises in developing and publishing mobile games, which we distribute globally. Our operations are spread across Turkey, the UK and the US, and we employ over 250 employees, which are based in the UK and Turkey. Our primary supplier relationships are in relation to publishing and marketing. Any reference to “our” or “we” in this statement refers to Dream Games, as each of the Dream Games entities adopts the same policies in respect to human trafficking and modern slavery.

As a mobile gaming company, we assess the risk of forced labour or human trafficking within our business as relatively low.  Due to the nature of our business and operations, our supply chain is not overly complex, and our material suppliers are either highly-reputable technology companies or low-risk professional service providers, which operate in Turkey, the UK or the US. Our interactions with suppliers and vendors predominantly revolve around data delivery and storage, software and hardware products, as well as professional services such as legal firms and consultants. We also have contracts with marketplace providers, advertising networks and software developers around the world to support with the developing, hosting and advertising of our products. Additionally, we engage with facility management suppliers for low-value property-related services like catering, cleaning, and facilities maintenance.

We engage in various marketing activities to grow our business. We acknowledge the importance of ensuring that our marketing activities align with ethical standards and do not inadvertently contribute to or facilitate modern slavery or human trafficking. Therefore, we closely monitor our marketing strategies, employ strategies for internal review and collaborate with reputable partners to maintain integrity and transparency throughout our promotional efforts.

B. Risk Management Processes

We remain committed to ongoing assessment of our direct suppliers as part of our third-party risk management. This involves researching potential suppliers, reviewing supplier contracts to minimize legal, regulatory, and ethical risks, and implementing any necessary measures to ensure the integrity of the prospective supplier.

We are continuously working to improve our existing systems to effectively detect, evaluate, and oversee potential higher-risk areas within our supply chains, noting that our current primary suppliers operate in lower-risk jurisdictions. We aim to mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking by improving contract terms (where applicable).

We encourage our employees, suppliers, and partners to promptly report to us any knowledge or suspicion of modern slavery. In the event of an actual breach of this policy, we will employ strategies for internal review and will assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action, which may involve engaging in commercial discussions, implementing remedial measures, or ultimately terminating the relationship.
