These Community Guidelines contain some of the main rules of conduct we expect players of our games to follow. If players do not follow our Community Guidelines, we may terminate their access to some or all of our services, and may revoke access to their virtual items (such as coins and boosters). Please check back often because we update these Community Guidelines from time to time.
We try very hard to ensure that our games are fair and fun for everyone. We apply a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive behavior, cheating, and any kind of unethical behavior. We take immediate action against accounts when we detect their holders have manipulated game progress.
We expect players to communicate respectfully within teams and across all other communication channels in our games. These channels include, but are not limited to, team chats, team names and descriptions, player names, and any other in-game communication features.
Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:
Consequences of violations may include:
If you believe that someone wrote offensive messages in the team chat, you can always contact us to report the player. The team leader or co-leader can also kick a player from the team. The kicked player can never join the team again.
The ability to send messages to the team chat will be temporarily restricted after sending messages to multiple teams within a timeframe. The duration of this restriction will increase with repeated behavior.
Team leaders and co-leaders play an important role in managing their teams and maintaining a positive environment. They are responsible for actions such as:
Players who have been removed from or rejected by a team cannot rejoin that specific team. When a player is removed from a team, they will notice a red exclamation mark on the “Teams” section of the bottom navigation bar. Their previous team will no longer be visible, and they will instead see the list of available teams to join.
Cheating includes any actions that subvert the rules of a game to obtain unfair advantages. Using third-party software to modify a game or one’s game progress is also considered cheating. To protect our players and create fair gameplay for everyone, we investigate unusual activities and may ban players when we detect, suspect or have reason to believe that they have cheated. Examples of cheating include, but are not limited to, the following:
If you encounter any suspicious behavior, you can contact us by tapping on the “Contact Us” button at the top right corner of the Support section within the game. Please attach a screenshot showing the player’s information and any evidence of unfair activity. We will investigate your report and take actions if necessary.
If you come across any suspicious website or link that claims they can give free coins, free boosters, or free lives, we recommend that you not open these websites or links, and report such claims to contact@dreamgames.com.
We also do not provide any third-party services outside of the game, to sell in-game currencies or any item that can be found in-game.
