We are looking for a Workplace Lead who will take full ownership of our workplace operations and experience. This role goes beyond day-to-day office management. You will shape the entire workplace strategy, oversee hospitality, IT, and security operations, and ensure an exceptional working environment for our team.

Responsibilities
Leading all workplace operations and ensuring an outstanding employee experienceManaging and mentoring the workplace team, including hospitality, IT, reception, and securitySetting high standards for catering, events, and all guest interactionsOverseeing IT operations, hardware/software inventory, and operational tools run smoothly and at scaleManaging physical security measures, access systems, emergency procedures, and vendor relationsOwning office projects, including construction, refurbishment, and space planningManaging contractual relationships with all third-party suppliers
Requirements
7+ years of relevant experience in workplace operations, facilities, hospitality, or related fieldsDemonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams across the workplace, hospitality, IT, and securityStrong project management skills and proven experience in large-scale office or construction projectsAbility to manage multiple high-priority tasks with strong attention to detailStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsExcellent command of EnglishAppreciation and understanding of teamwork
