We are looking for a Senior Event Specialist who will be responsible for planning, executing, and supporting both internal and external company events. As a Senior Event Specialist, you will be part of the People team, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align on event needs.

Planning, executing, and supporting end-to-end company eventsDesigning and managing annual event calendars with accurate schedulingOrganizing off-site meetings and coordinating business tripsMaintaining relationships with suppliers, vendors, and agenciesFollowing up on all top-notch events, such as global conferences and other high-profile gatheringsPreparing event recaps and tracking feedback to enhance future events
Requirements
+5 years of event planning experience, especially in People, HR teamsStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent command of EnglishPassion and interest in gamesAppreciation and understanding of teamwork
