Tracking and solving issues via email and chatWorking closely with product and engineering teams to improve user experienceMonitoring customer complaint trends and analyzing them for necessary action plansUnderstanding all related metrics to improve the user experienceSupporting outsourced teams with their queries and collective developmentFollowing the latest trends and reviews on App Store, Play Store regularly
Requirements
3+ years of relevant work experienceFluency in English, especially in writingExperience supporting users via email and chat Strong knowledge of MS ExcelStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsTime management skills to enable prioritization of tasksOwnership of the customer experience including comprehensive issue resolutionEagerness to learn and take on new challengesPassion and interest in games and customer serviceAppreciation and understanding of teamwork
