Supporting the team throughout the entire recruitment processBuilding relationships with universities and student clubs and organizing campus eventsManaging the internship program process end-to-endUsing various tools and research methods to place top talent and build a robust candidate flowSupporting onboarding and orientation programs to ensure newcomer adaptation and engagementHelping the recruitment team with all projects
Requirements
1+ years of experienceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple prioritiesPassion for learning the recruitment processEager to learn ATS tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsAppreciation and understanding of teamwork
