We are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to join our growing animation team in London. As a Production Coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of our animation films by managing schedules, organizing resources, and maintaining efficient communication across departments. You will also ensure a smooth workflow between the internal team, external collaborators, and production partners.

Responsibilities
Creating and maintaining production schedules and tracking documentsOrganizing meetings, taking notes, and following up on action itemsCommunicating clearly and consistently across teams and stakeholdersMonitoring task progress and flagging risks proactivelySupporting production leads and artists to help meet creative and technical goalsManaging and updating production tools and databasesSupporting coordination between us and external studios or freelancers
Requirements
3+ years of practical experience, preferably as a production coordinator in feature animation, short animation film or VFX productionStrong organizational and project tracking skillsWorking experience with production tools such as ShotGrid, Excel, Miro, or similarExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAppreciation and understanding of teamworkPassion for storytelling, animation and games
