Responsibilities
Improving game experience based on metrics and user feedbackDesigning game mechanics and featuresThinking creatively to design unique, fun, and engaging features for our playersAnalyzing a massive amount of player data to make design decisionsStructuring, running, and monitoring A/B tests and deriving insights using statistical analysisStaying up-to-date with the mobile market, playing and analyzing mobile games, and sharing new insights with the team
Requirements
Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degreePassion for games and game developmentStrong analytical skills to make data-driven decisionsExcellent communication skillsAppreciation and understanding of teamwork
