We are looking for an IT Specialist who will be the point of contact for all IT operations. You will work hands-on to provide comprehensive IT support, ensure seamless software and hardware operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and support the efficiency of daily IT functions.

Responsibilities
Monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting all hardware and software
Providing end-user support for hardware, applications, tools, and systems
Managing IT assets through their lifecycle from acquisition to disposal
Supporting the purchasing team for all IT-related matters
Following new technologies and integrating them into our company
Requirements
2+ years of work experience in related fields
Experience with hardware components such as desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals
Experience in both macOS and Windows ecosystems
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Passion and interest in games
