We are looking for an IT Manager to manage our IT operations within our Workplace department. In this role, you will manage end-to-end IT infrastructure and support operations, while developing and implementing strategies to ensure an efficient working environment.

Responsibilities
Leading IT teams and ensuring operational excellence
Managing end-to-end IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, and systems
Ensuring reliable hardware, software, and end-user support across the organization
Controlling IT assets through their lifecycle from acquisition to disposal
Following new technologies and integrating them into our company
Requirements
8+ years of experience in IT operations
Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, including networking, firewalls, and VPNs
Experience in both macOS and Windows ecosystems
Strong leadership and crisis management skills
Excellent communication skills
Passion and interest in games
Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
