Art Outsourcing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Art Outsourcing Specialist to join our team. As an Art Outsourcing Specialist, you will manage our external art pipelines, maintain the delivery schedule, and ensure the delivery of high-quality assets. In the studio, you will work closely with product and art teams to bridge outsourcing and the studio to maintain a consistent style throughout the game.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the end-to-end art outsourcing process, including sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining communication with external art studios and individual artists 
  • Coordinating the production of art assets through external partners, including concept, environment, character, vehicle, and animation assets 
  • Ensuring detailed, consistent, and up-to-date documentation for the art production pipeline
  • Working with cross-functional teams, such as Art and Product, to understand project requirements, establish asset specifications
  • Developing processes for review, feedback, and approval of delivered assets
  • Managing all vendor contracts and following project deadlines

    • Requirements

  • Previous experience as an outsourcing specialist or similar production role
  • Strong experience in an art-related industry, preferably within the game industry
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a track record of successfully managing multiple outsourcing tasks
  • Excellent understanding of 2D assets, 3D models, Rigging, and Animation
  • Excellent command of English
  • Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
