Explicit Consent Text Regarding the Processing of Personal Data for Employee Candidates

  • Pursuant to the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“PDPL”), I was informed by Dream Games Teknoloji A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as “Dream Games”) about the purpose for which my personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purpose it can be transferred, the method and legal reason for collecting personal data, and my other rights listed under Article 11 of the PDPL.

    In this context, I accept that I have been given the necessary clarification, that I have read and understood this text, the Employee Candidate Clarification Text pursuant to the Legislation on Protection of Personal Data, and I expressly consent to the matters stated therein.

    I approve / do not approve that this data is kept by Dream Games for five years from the receipt of the application in order to evaluate my resume for a suitable position that may arise in the future if I am not recruited by Dream Games.

     

     

    I approve / do not approve the transfer of my personal data to abroad due to being worked with information technology service companies resident outside of Turkey for the effective use of systems within Dream Games.
