Responsibilities
Improving game experience based on metrics and user feedbackDesigning game mechanics and featuresThinking creatively to design unique, fun, and engaging features for our playersAnalyzing a massive amount of player data to make design decisionsStructuring, running, and monitoring A/B tests and deriving insights using statistical analysisStaying up-to-date with the mobile market, playing and analyzing mobile games, and sharing new insights with the team
Requirements
Pursuing your 4th year and graduating by June 2025 from universityAvailable for at least three days per week, including two consecutive daysPassion for games and game developmentStrong analytical skills to make data-driven decisionsExcellent communication skillsAppreciation and understanding of teamwork
