Developing and executing community strategies across social media platforms to enhance user engagementEngaging with our community, responding to inquiries and feedback Analyzing and reporting community metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, translating these into actionable plansCollaborating with graphic designers for content creationStaying up-to-date with industry trends and community management best practices to continuously improve our approach
Requirements
Experience in community management, preferably in the gaming industryFluency in English, both spoken and writtenAbility to identify and track relevant community KPIsExperience with social media management toolsWillingness to take ownership of the community managementEagerness to learn and take on new challengesPassion and interest in games and community managementAppreciation and understanding of teamwork
