Job Description
We are looking for an IT Manager, who will be the point of main contact for all IT operations. You will have the opportunity for hands-on experience in managing end-to-end IT operations, including servers, networks, firewalls, and systems, as well as providing necessary software and hardware support to end-users.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting all hardware and software
- Providing end-user support for hardware, applications, tools, and systems
- Configuring, maintaining, and upgrading IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and firewalls
- Managing IT requirements in the onboarding and offboarding process
- Managing IT assets through their lifecycle from acquisition to disposal
- Following new technologies and integrating them into our company
Requirements
- +5 years of work experience in related fields
- Experience with hardware components such as desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals
- Knowledge of networking, routing, firewalls, and VPNs
- Experience in both macOS and Windows ecosystems
- Passion and interest in games
- Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
